Senior Tester

You will be a part of the exciting E-taxation project designed for the Republic of Indonesia based on an existing solution and tailor made for requirements which is supporting 1M simultaneous users in the beginning and later expand to 270+M users. More than 10 teams (~90 ppl) are involved globally: the majority are in Indonesia (Architects and BAs/POs), 6 teams from Europe (Slovakia, Romania, Serbia, Albania).

Responsibilities:

• Define testing methods and standards

• Define templates for test cases, test scenarios and defect reports

• Strategize & plan the various tests (regression, performance, and user acceptance tests, etc.)

• Compile, analyze and consolidate test results

• Guide and train new QA staff members in our testing methods and standards

• Liaise with the development team; respond to requests from the design team & management

• Participate in tests as needed

• Ensure the successful deployment of products into the market.

Required skills:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a closely related field

• Minimum of 5 years of QA and testing experience

• The ability to problem-solve under pressure and in complex situations

• The ability to clearly communicate with team members and various stakeholders

• Good time management skills and a goal-oriented personality

• A strong understanding of testing methods

• A thorough understanding of how web applications work

• The ability to work productively in an office environment

• Basic programming experience and experience in working with Selenium

• Good knowledge about test automation tools

• Project management experience and SCRUM are a plus

• Proficient English communication and writing skills are a must
