About Steffen Dudda:

Steffen Dudda has been responsible for the operational business of Qualysoft GmbH Germany based in Munich since June 1st, 2017. Previously, he had been manager of the Competence Center CRM for the DACH region and Slovakia since early 2015. In this function, Steffen Dudda built up the entire CRM team in the region and, within two years, achieved great success in more than 100 customer projects with a team of around 40 employees. His main topics included escalation management, consulting, implementation, pre-sales and controlling.

Steffen Dudda's professional positions in the past included CRM provider Part GmbH in Augsburg and Powercase Formula CRM in Hamburg. From 2012 to the end of 2014 he worked for Sensix GmbH in Munich as senior project manager, team leader, head of the solution center and authorized signatory.
