Qualysoft at the CRM Experten Forum 2023

We are excited about all the valuable takeaways from our colleagues from Qualysoft who attended the Swiss CRM Experten Forum 2023 on the 5th of April. There were many insightful workshops, from the importance of personal connections in customer service to the potential of VR technology as a touchpoint, and the use of personas and automation in customer engagement. We can't overlook the importance of strong team culture and cross-departmental collaboration.
